Jim Jim is in federal prison after performing a successful hit on a detective who was getting a little too close to the truth about dirty Detective Janikaski's illegal dealings. Thinking it was Heath's young nephew, Exavier, who snitched, after giving him the murder weapon and landing him in juvenile detention, the heartless Jim Jim is out for revenge.
