Yiming Wang, Doctor of Law, is Assistant Research Fellow of the National Research Office of the Rule of Law, Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Her research fields include legal culture and evaluation of the rule of law.

He Tian is Director of the National Rule of Law Index Research Center and Researcher of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She is also Member of the Supreme People's Court of Network Security and Information Expert Advisory Committee, Supreme People's Court Executive Advisory Expert, etc. Her research interests include criminal rule of law, empirical law, and judicial system.
