About the Author

Born and raised in Belgium, Morrismoved to the United States in 1946 for six years. There, he worked for MAD magazine and met René Goscinny, with whom hecollaborated from 1955 until Goscinny's death in 1977. Guy Vidal was a French journalist and script writer. A great friendand partner of René Goscinny, he wasamong other things editor-in-chief of the famous magazine Pilote, then editorial director at Dargaud publishing.
