I am retired with five children and fifteen grandchildren. God never stops directing us to Him. We choose which direction we'll take. My struggles as a divorcee didn't stop at being hurt emotionally. My children needed care and healing. I had to start at zero where my finances were concerned. Spiritually, I remained faithful for a season, but the weight and fatigue of responsibilities clouded my vision of God. Even when I thought God couldn't or wouldn't love me anymore, He remained faithful. His love drew me to Him. His Word revealed all the lies of Satan that I believed and the self-condemnation that came from those lies. I am a dear child of God. His Divine Providence guides and sustains me. As I continue to trust Him, His Spirit helps me to be more Christ-like each day.
